The 50-year-old Scot has agreed a six-year deal as the new United manager and will replace Sir Alex Ferguson, who announced his retirement on Wednesday after 26 years, on 1 July.
The quartet are generally positive about Moyes with Hansen calling him the "perfect choice" to succeed Ferguson, while Lawrenson believes the Manchester United board "see a lot of Sir Alex Ferguson" in his fellow countryman.
