MILEY CYRUS has topped a poll of the world’s hottest women.

Even dressed down, it’s not hard to see why. The former child star, 20, was showing off some good abs as she strolled round LA.

Miley, who is planning to release a new single next month, still seems hell bent on letting everyone know how rebellious she is, despite her squeaky clean past.

Her T-shirt may look innocent, but it’s actually emblazoned with the words Meow Meow, the well-known club drug.

We’re sure that’s just a mistake on behalf of Miley and not in any way an endorsement.
