MILLION Pound Drop host Davina McCall had to beg for cash for a train ticket yesterday after forgetting her purse.
The former Big Brother host discovered she had no cash only as she went to pay on the train for a business trip to London.
Commuters were stunned when she began to ask them for money, with some thinking it part of a Candid Camera-style TV show.
Eventually one gallant man stepped in and agreed to pay for her ticket.
Mum-of-three Davina, 45, who lives in a £3.2million mansion in Wadhurst, East Sussex, tweeted her delight.
She said: “Omg, Forgot wallet, lovely man on train, Alan, bought me a ticket! Mwwwah x.”
