Meet the Man Who Claims He Has Lived WITHOUT FOOD for Five Years

Meet the Man Who Claims Has Lived WITHOUT FOOD for Five Years
A Sri Lankan man claims he has survived on nothing by fresh air for the past five years.
Breatharian Kirby de Lanerolle insists he gets all the nourishment he needs from light, wind and the "vibrations of God".
Experts believe humans can only live for two months without food.
But Kirby claims he's in excellent health and the breatharian lifestyle can actually reverse the ageing process and make him immortal.
During an appearance on TV show Taboo USA, Kirby explained: "There are energy sources out there that are greater than the food calories you are putting in your body.
"Calories come from photons and light and vibrations and wind.
"Anything can feed you if your energy centres are open."
Kirby admits he has cheated and swallowed down seven meals in the past 10 months, but he has limited himself to 500 calories each time.
He said: "The average human being eats three meals a day, 90 a month. Over ten months that's 900 meals.
"I've had seven meals in ten months - and I can't eat big amounts."
And he claims eating real food made him feel tired and ill.
He explained: "In this consciousness, when I do eat food, it makes me feel very tired. And my alertness goes away when I eat now."

Now he's mastered the breatharian lifestyle for himself, Kirby wants to teach others to live on fresh air alone.
He revealed: "I have been called to teach this better and fuller life."
Experts are concerned about his claims - pointing out people have died attempting to be breatharians.
Speaking on the show, dietician Leeann Weintraub said: "This lack of food is really concerning and problematic because it goes against everything we believe western medicine and nutritional science."
