Michelle Obama teams up with hip-hop stars for health drive

US First Lady Michelle Obama is teaming up with some of the biggest names in hip-hop for an album aimed at improving children’s health.

Songs for a Healthier America features Jordin Sparks, Ashanti, Run DMC, Doug E. Fresh and Monifah.

The 19-song album is aimed at tackling childhood obesity across America, with videos being shown in New York schools before being distributed across the country.
