ZENIT ST PETERSBURG will offer ace Andrey Arshavin a contract following his release from Arsenal.

The Russia international left The Emirates last week after his Gunners' deal came to an end.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger did not offer him new terms, leaving Arshavin free to find another club.
Besiktas are also in the running but Zenit are in the box seat.
Arshavin, 32, moved to Zenit on loan in 2012 and now they are ready to offer him a permanent deal this time around.
