ARSENE WENGER has identified the players he needs to bring the Premier League trophy back to Arsenal - Wayne Rooney and Marouane Fellaini.

The Daily Star Sunday exclusively told how striker Rooney, 27, was on Wenger's radar.
And now we can reveal midfielder Fellaini, 25, is also on the Frenchman's wanted list.
Sources within Arsenal say Fellaini's £24million buy-out clause is not a problem.
And Wenger would happily wipe out his entire £80m summer budget to buy both players.
Arsenal's interest in Fellaini will rock Manchester United, where new manager David Moyes would love to be reunited with the player he signed for Everton.
Moyes relied heavily on the Belgian and would like to sign him again as he tries to stamp his own mark on United following the retirement of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Wenger already has Belgium international Thomas Vermaelen, a close friend of former Standard Liege man Fellaini, at the club.
Signing top names would signal a huge shift in Wenger's usual spending but he knows Arsenal fans are getting restless and are desperate to win a trophy.
