MANUEL PELLEGRINI'S FAN-TASTIC CITY

ABOVE: Pellegrini has plans for Man City

MANCHESTER CITY have revealed plans to increase capacity at the Etihad to 60,000

The stadium currently holds around 47,500.
But the club intend to make a formal application for planning permission in December.
It is the latest evidence of the rapid growth of City on and off the field under their Abu Dhabi owners.
And if the work goes ahead, it would see new boss Manuel Pellegrini and his men playing in the third largest stadium in England.
