ARSENAL TARGET GONZALO HIGUAIN WILLING TO STAY AT REAL MADRID

ARSENAL could miss out on their No.1 transfer target Gonzalo Higuain.

Higuain was set to join the Gunners for £23m but the move still hasn't been finalised.
And now the Real Madrid striker is willing to stay at the Bernabeu, according to reports in Spain.
Real Madrid have three days left before the start of the pre-season and Higuain will more than likely participate in the first training session.
The Argentine will also undergo the customary medical check-ups and, if nothing else changes in the immediate future, looks set to play the first three games, Spanish newspaper Marca report.
From looking destined for the Emirates, Higuain now accepts that there is a strong chance he will form part of Carlo Ancelotti's team.
There are also clear-the-air talks planned between Higuain and Real president Florentino Perez.
