AC MILAN would sell Italian wonderkid Stephen El Shaarawy to Manchester City or Arsenal.

The 20-year-old sensation, who has already played eight times for his country despite his tender age, netted 18 goals for Milan last season.
His form have seen the Premier League giants show an interest in signing him, while Napoli boss Rafa Benitez is also mulling over making an offer
And Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has admitted the club will sell if the deal was right.
Galliani said: "El Shaarawy? We never said he is not for sale."
El Shaarawy insists he is happy at Milan but admitted to being flattered by being linked with City.
