BARCELONA still have enough cash to buy Chelsea star David Luiz - despite shelling out mega money on Neymar.

Neymar arrived at the Nou Camp for £48.5m and there were reports that Barca had offered another bumper fee for Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane.
Catalan television claimed that Barça attempted to prise Varane away by triggering his £27m release clause - but those reports have been categorically denied by Barca chiefs
And although Varane won't be coming, Barca do have the money to move for Luiz.
A Barca spokesman told Spanish newspaper Marca: "I can't tell you how much we've earmarked for signings because that could hinder the club.
"Anyone we approached would know how much we had to spend - but we'll do all the business we want to and Barcelona will bring in some first-class reinforcements this summer."
Luiz's future at Chelsea is uncertain because Jose Mourinho is concerned that he gives the ball away too easily.
He would cost Barca around £23m if they were to make a move to sign him.
