MASSIMO AMBROSINI is in talks with West Ham after being released by AC Milan.

The 36-year-old Italian midfielder, capped 35 times by his country, has been given a free transfer after 18 years at the club.
And Sam Allardyce has moved quickly to swoop to and try and bring Ambrosini to Upton Park.
Ambrosini's agent Moreno Roggi told Italian website Calciomercato: "Obviously Massimo wants to continue.
"His preference would be overseas clubs but if an offer did come in from an Italian side, we would not ignore it completely.
"At this moment we are in talks with West Ham, while we have already ruled out Major League Soccer."
There were claims that Ambrosini was left in the dark by Milan - but Roggi has maintained the club made it clear they would not be offering him a new contract.
He added: "We already knew. If Milan had wanted to renew his contract, they would've done it a long time ago."
